Judge Timothy O'Connell of the Montgomery County Common Pleas
Court and Judge Thomas O'Malley of the Cuyahoga County Juvenile
Court. Also receiving the award, but not present at the Conference
was Judge Richard Bernat of the Hamilton County Muncipal Court.
